Client Invoices
The Invoices section shows all invoices issued to you. You can view, download, and pay invoices directly from the portal.
1. Viewing Your Invoices
- Click Invoices in the left sidebar.
- The list shows invoice number, date, due date, total amount, and status.
- Use the filter options to find invoices by status (Unpaid, Paid, Partial, Overdue).
2. Opening an Invoice
- Click the invoice number or the View icon.
- The invoice displays all line items, totals, tax, and payment instructions.
3. Downloading an Invoice as PDF
- Open the invoice.
- Click Download PDF.
- The PDF is saved to your computer.
4. Paying an Invoice Online
Pay with Stripe (Credit/Debit Card)
- Open the invoice.
- Click Pay with Card (or the Stripe payment button).
- Enter your card number, expiry, and CVV.
- Click Pay Now.
- You will see a success message and the invoice status will update to Paid.
Pay with PayPal
- Open the invoice.
- Click Pay with PayPal.
- You will be redirected to PayPal.
- Log in to your PayPal account or pay as a guest with a card.
- Confirm the payment.
- You are returned to the portal and the invoice is marked Paid.
5. Invoice Statuses
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Unpaid | No payment received yet |
| Partial | Payment received but not the full amount |
| Paid | Fully paid |
| Overdue | Past the due date with no full payment |
6. Account Statement
Your account statement shows a complete billing history:
- Click Invoices in the sidebar.
- Look for the Statement or Account Statement button.
- The statement lists all invoices, payments made, and your current outstanding balance.
- Download as PDF for your own records.
Tips
- Pay invoices before the due date to avoid overdue status.
- Download PDFs of paid invoices for your own accounting records.
- If you believe an invoice has an error, contact your service provider directly — you cannot edit invoices from the client portal.
